It is Mother’s Day, but something is missing for Delaney. She puts on a happy face and greets her husband and daughter. They have made her breakfast and have a homemade card to go with it. Delaney smiles, kisses her husband and snuggles their daughter. Outwardly, this is the Mother’s Day many would imagine however inside, Delaney is in turmoil.

Reading is a hobby that I’ve had since I was a little kid.  I remember being so excited to check out books from the library and I’ll never forget my family’s first stop at a Barnes and Noble. I’ve always gravitated towards great stories and great storytellers, and I know I’m not alone.
