Our psychologists are able to provide you with a psychological assessment and evaluation.  Psychological tests such as the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) and the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III) are very useful in extablishing a person's current level of psychological function from an objective perspective.  These inventories are used in a variety of settings and for a variety of reasons:

• pre-employment processes
• child custody evaluations and other legal processes
• clarity of psychological diagnosis
• utilized in forming effective treatment plans

At times your therapist may encourage you to complete a psychological evaluation in order to glean important and helpful information about what might be going on in you.  Inventories like the MMPI-2 and the MCMI-III are really your view of you through the eye of the inventory.  They help us learn a lot about you in a quick way.
